The proposal shows a recognizable look for the city owned recreational sites and buildings for public use and to enhance natural and cultural values of the five sites. The look of our buildings and smaller structures has some same pictorial kind of elements and wooden materials as the existing villas and other buildings on the islands. The structures are mainly moderate lightweight wooden structures that in bigger buildings are clad with transparent polycarbonate elements. The boat traffic jetties for each island would be equipped with a canopy, made out of standard 48×48 size, siberian spruce wood bars that form net like structures, that are unique and makes the jetties easily recognizable.
