(me)tsä successfully offers a solution to the question of what kind of urban development would provide Vaskiluoto with both housing and an environment that utilizes the characteristics and location of the area in a harmonious way. The solution is urban and city-like, communal, but also very close to nature. The presented high-quality public outdoor spaces are an important outcome of the overall concept.
