The Circle Village

The name of the competition proposal Circle Village refers to the concepts of the proposal; effective transportation, waste management, recycling and demolition and life circle. There are two main routes of the Circle Village that draw two circles on the appointed competition area.

The living and the food producing, and its management coexist in the Circle Village. The food is produced at least partly by the residents in the greenhouses and on the farming allotments in the area. The key role in the concept of the competition proposal plays the ideas how the food is handled after its produced or how to get the food to the area that the land itself is not able to produce. To these questions the competition entry proposes an e-commence solution and a food distribution centre to the area.
