Liveability comes first and foremost. Each sector between the railroads will have improved family functions. Each sector will have productive spaces, cultural and service spaces, a grocery, commercial spaces and streetside shops, activated urban garden, shelter-providing canopies for people and bike parking, and high-rise to facilitate urban orientation.
