We understand the project as the settling of an urban conception which brings from architecture organization and settlement tools that answer to population individual necessities, low environmental impact and landscape production.

We propose a town economic model which would preserve the patrimonial dimension of how Tuusula inhabitants get close and use the environment, based on a farmer-livestock self-production. To goal this we set two main urban spaces: Beach and market pepitas. The first one will be used as flora and fauna breeding and preservations devices. The second one will host two annual music and gastronomic fests during spring and summer, that will work as touristic attractions.
