Muratti

The project goal is to combine and enhance a stable leisure program with new homes and agricultural areas. Once the different phases are completed the new community will form a productive axis between two forest areas. Cultivation will take place mainly in the northern sector, while the mixed use condominium is located on the lake shore, connected by public transportation and by bike lanes
to the rest of the community.

The project will take place in three phases of design and construction, following the next steps:

1. Establishment of the main condominium in Anttila.
2. Rehabilitation of existing buildings.
3. Extension of the productive axis towards the north.
