The central plan for the area is to provide a place to work, live and spend leisure time ecologically within a living community. The history of the area as a site for food production is one key part of the design. We should not push the food production to centralized and distant locations, but to support and inspire people to produce their own food and to sell the excess, even earn their living partially by farming. This takes us to the second point of our plan, which is our belief that the sharing economy will rise in the future. It will create stronger communities, share the resources more wisely, but also increase the amount of part-time jobs and change the flow of income from one source to multiple. People are starting to wake up to notice that happiness is not linked to what you own.
