Diversity grid

The basic concept behind the proposal “DIVERSITY GRID” is to offer variety of living solutions. University campus is a big megastructure and a very dominant building in Linnanmaa. And it also is a very monotonous structure. A solution to make the environment a little bit more balanced is to mix different types of building blocks boldly together. And at the same time mixing different scales of built environment together. The result is a unique blend of urban and sub-urban living environment in very small area. The radical changes between building blocks will keep the living environment interesting and active. There certainly is something for everyone in the “DIVERSITY GRID”.
