Access granted : fifth space

The proposal embraces the dynamism of people: everyone regardless of age, status or health needs to be sometimes somewhere. This has been possible in the city centre rather well: the transfer from place to place is possible with all modes of transport. Therefore we see the key in improvement in the transient patterns of people, and the spaces in between places.

The cornerstones in our proposal is accessibility for all, fluency of transport regardless of the mode of transport, and environmentally sound solutions in construction and traffic. We believe that this, accompanied with architecturally interesting cityscape is enough to bring the city centre a new improved edge in experience and functionality.
