Welcome to the Europan 14 site visit in TornioHaparanda on Monday 13.3.2017 at 12-14 (Finnish time). The visit will start with a presentation at the Green Line building, Pakkahuoneenkatu 1, Tornio. After the presentation Jarmo Lokio from Tornio and Göran Wigren from Haparanda will walk you around the competition site and present the buildings in the area. The visit will end at Tornio City Hall where you’ll be served coffee and pulla.
